One feed. Every yes that matters.
Command Center is The Now: one human-in-the-loop feed for the workday. Approvals, inbox triage, agent confirms, and alerts land here. Agents draft. People approve.

NowStack AI is the operations OS. Command Center is the home of the day — not a second inbox, not a copilot pane. Every important pause lands as a card. Human-in-the-loop is the product. Agents draft. People approve before anything customer-facing ships.
The briefing is scattered. The yes is an emoji.
Approvals live in a channel. Inbox lives in another tab. Agent drafts live in a chat you will not find next week. You reconstruct the morning from three tools and a personal kanban.
Another dashboard does not close that loop. A notification badge is not a briefing. You already have chat. You still do not have one feed for every yes that matters.
The OS puts the yes on The Now. That is Command Center.
How it works
01
Open The Now
The feed is the briefing. Workflow approvals, email triage, agent confirms, schedule proposals, and alerts sit in one place.
02
Work the card
Open a card. Edit the task artifact when the draft is close. Reject with a reason when it is wrong.
03
Say yes in the OS
Agents draft. People approve. Nothing customer-facing ships on a silent yes.
What is human-in-the-loop in Command Center?

HITL means a person says yes. Workflow approvals, email triage, Eve tool gates, meeting drafts, schedule proposals, and Task-as-Artifact reviews land as cards. You approve, reject with a reason, or edit the living task — not a one-paragraph snapshot that dies in chat.
Approvals are the culture, not a tax. Internal notes stay internal. Guest replies stay guest. Customer-facing work waits.
Do not invent a second approval channel in another tab. The feed is the briefing.
- One feed for every yes that matters
- Edit the artifact, then approve
- Reject with a reason when the draft is wrong
- Agents draft. People approve.
It works so you don’t have to.
Monitoring and learning run so you do not rebuild the day by hand. Approve and reject train confidence. Stalled work and leftover inbox rows can surface on the same feed. The briefing stays current while you execute.
Learning here is heuristic. Approvals and edits sharpen drafts and ranking — few-shot memory and confidence scores — not a silent retrain of the foundation model.
Trust graduation (opt-in). When a skill stays highly consistent (rule of thumb: high confidence across enough samples), you can opt that skill into governed auto-approve. Until you do, every customer-facing send still waits on a person. Graduating “park the weekly report” never means auto-pausing an ad.
The job of ML here is to keep the feed honest — not to freelance the company. Inbox zero and the Execute Today planner feed the same home.
- Learning from approve, edit, and reject
- Stalls and leftovers can surface on The Now
- Trust graduation is opt-in and per skill — never silent send
- It works so you don’t have to reconstruct the morning
How it compares

|---|---|---|---|
| Morning briefing | One HITL feed | Search last night’s thread | A personal kanban |
| Approval | Card on Command Center | Emoji / thread | Status column |
| Agent drafts | Parked until a person says yes | A bot in a channel | An AI field |
| Monitoring | It works so you don’t have to | You refresh the channel | You open the board |
| Customer-facing send | Human yes | Hope nobody hits send | A separate workflow |
