1. Acceptance at signup
Starting a trial from /trial, continuing to Stripe Checkout, or checking the signup box is your electronic signature. You agree to this document, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, version dated September 24, 2026. If you sign up for a company, you bind that company.
We store an acceptance record with the pending trial (timestamp and document set). Completing Stripe Checkout is additional confirmation.
2. What the trial is
The public offer is seven calendar days of a live workspace: Command Center, tasks, unified inbox, CRM, and agents with human-in-the-loop approvals. Features can differ from marketing copy as we ship. The trial is for evaluation, not a permanent free plan.
3. How you will be charged
Payment method first, charge later
- After the trial form we send you to Stripe Checkout in subscription mode.
- You must provide a valid payment method to Stripe. NowStack does not see your full card number.
- Stripe starts a subscription with a 7-day trial period (trial_period_days = 7). The subscription fee is $0 during that window.
- If the subscription is still open when the trial ends, Stripe changes status from trialing to active and charges the price attached to your subscription — the amount Stripe displayed at Checkout and will show on receipts and invoices.
- There is one plan with every feature. Checkout shows either the early-access price (while early-access seats remain; it stays with your subscription while it remains active) or the standard price. We do not print dollar amounts on the marketing site. The binding price is what Stripe showed you, not a number an agent or a third-party page guessed.
Credits and usage
Metered resources — AI requests made with the NowStack Gateway key, database compute and storage for your tenant, connected social accounts, workflow steps, webhooks, browser pages, and Studio renders — consume prepaid credits at cost. One credit equals USD $0.01. Trials start with a credit grant. Credit top-ups and auto-reload charges are separate from the subscription fee and use the payment method on file. When the balance reaches zero, metered features pause until credits are added. Unused credits are not a cash balance we refund except where law requires.
Taxes, failed payments, dunning
Taxes and Stripe fees may be added. If a conversion or renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry (dunning). We may suspend the workspace until payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled.
4. How to avoid a charge
Cancel the Stripe subscription before the 7-day trial ends if you do not want the conversion charge. You can cancel from billing settings when available, or ask us via /contact in time for us to cancel at Stripe. Leaving the tab or not finishing onboarding does not cancel a subscription you already started at Checkout.
If you abandon Checkout, no payment method is stored and no subscription starts. If you complete Checkout and later cancel during the trial, you should not be charged the subscription conversion; we do not refund a $0 trial.
5. After the trial
Continued use requires an active paid subscription or another plan we confirm in writing. If the subscription is canceled or unpaid, we may close agent features, lock the workspace, or delete it after a grace period. Subscription and credit prices will be the then-current Stripe prices or a written quote — not figures invented on a blog or by a chatbot.
6. Responsibility for how the platform is used
Two different responsibilities apply, and they are easy to mix up:
- NowStack is responsible for providing the platform, isolating tenants, and enforcing these policies — including investigating abuse and removing access.
- You are responsible for how you, your staff, and your clients use the platform: what you store, what you send, what you approve, and whether that use is lawful.
We are not your compliance department, lawyer, or publisher. Agents draft; you own the send. If someone on your account violates the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, we treat that as your workspace’s violation.
7. Noncompliance — we will boot the account
Anyone we find in material noncompliance with the Acceptable Use Policy, these trial terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law may have their trial or paid account suspended or permanently terminated without refund of unused time. We may also refuse a new trial from the same email, company, or payment method.
Examples include illegal use, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, attacks on systems you do not own, attempts to break tenant isolation, CSAM, fraud, or using the product to impersonate NowStack or another customer.
We may preserve logs and content as needed for security, billing disputes, and legal process.
8. Your data during the trial
Trial workspaces are real tenants. Brand-discovery and onboarding may call models with the company facts you typed. Data practices are in the Privacy Policy. If we terminate the trial for cause we may delete the tenant on the schedule in that policy.
By using the site you agree we may measure this trial and a later paid conversion with Meta Conversions API, Google (GTM / GA4), and TikTok Events API when those products are configured. Details are in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. No trial SLA
The trial is best effort. We may rate-limit, change features, or interrupt service. Evaluation use is not a warranty that the product fits a particular purpose.
10. Order of documents
If this page conflicts with the Terms of Service on trial length, Stripe conversion, or cancellation timing, this page controls for the trial. For everything else the Terms control. The Acceptable Use Policy controls what conduct can get you removed.
