A daily loop the calendar defends
Execute Today is Morning Prep, Prospecting, Client work, Deep work, Shutdown. The planner algorithm scores and slots the work so the calendar defends the loop — not a motivational poster.

Run the loop for seven days. 7-day free trial • Stripe collects a payment method • Cancel before day 8.

NowStack AI encodes the Execute Today loop in software. The planner is the calendar that defends it. /features/planner is an alias of this page. Agents draft. People approve in Command Center.
The loop is a slide. The day is a blank grid.
Morning intention dies in the first chat ping. Prospecting loses to whoever emailed last. Deep work is the leftover. Shutdown is “I’ll plan tomorrow tonight.”
A calendar that only stores meetings does not defend a loop. A board that only stores cards does not either. You already have both. The day is still reconstructed.
The OS colors the calendar to the loop, then slots scored work into the blocks.
How it works
01
Collect and score
Unscheduled tasks assigned to you. Score is priority × deadline urgency × dependency status.
02
Slot and buffer
Working hours only. Configured minutes between items. Lunch stays unavailable even when a P1 is waiting.
03
Propose a day you can drag
Locked events stay put. AI-scheduled blocks show a sparkle and can move. The calendar defends the loop.
The Execute Today loop
The product is built around a daily rhythm, not a pile of features. The planner colors the calendar to match so the day stays honest.
01
Morning Prep
Review AI briefings before you touch the inbox.
02
Prospecting
Protected outreach time — the work that fills the pipeline.
03
Client work
Meetings and delivery that actually produce revenue.
04
Deep work
Uninterrupted execution blocks the planner defends.
05
Shutdown
Post what shipped and plan tomorrow so today actually ends.
How does the planner algorithm work?

Collect unscheduled tasks assigned to you. Score priority × deadline urgency × dependency status. Slot into working hours. Buffer configured minutes between items. Propose a day you can drag to adjust.
Horizon defaults to 14 days. Short stays focused. Long spreads load and goes stale faster. Working locations drive travel blocks. Date-specific overrides cover a day off or a focus block.
Locked events stay put. The loop is still Morning Prep through Shutdown. Command Center still holds the yes for drafts that leave the building.
- Score from priority, deadline, and dependencies
- Working hours and lunch are real constraints
- Buffer between consecutive items
- Drag to adjust. Locked events stay locked.
How it compares
| Need | NowStack AI | A calendar | A board |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily rhythm | Execute Today loop, color-coded | Meetings if you typed them | Columns if you made them |
| What gets scheduled | Scored tasks into working hours | Whatever you drag | Nothing unless you copy it |
| Defense | The calendar defends the loop | The ping wins | The loudest card wins |
| Approval | Command Center HITL | None | A status |
| Alias | /features/planner → this page | — | — |
