What is NowStack AI?

NowStack AI is the operations OS for tasks, inbox, CRM, and agents. Teams run the day from one Command Center. The Operator delegates to specialists that draft and route work. People approve in human-in-the-loop gates before anything customer-facing ships. The product encodes the Execute Today loop, not a pile of disconnected boards.

Who is it for?

Two audiences use the same product. Marketing and operations agencies run client onboarding, SEO diagnostics, GBP health, and publish pipelines. In-house ops and COO teams run the Execute Today daily loop: Morning Prep, prospecting, client work, deep work, Shutdown. Both share one tenant-isolated workspace with approvals.

How does it work?

Connect email, calendar, and work already in flight so NowStack becomes the hub, not a parallel spreadsheet. The Operator decomposes goals and routes to specialists for tasks, inbox, CRM, and SEO. Agents draft and route. People approve drafts, sends, and material changes in Command Center before anything customer-facing goes out.

How does learning work?

Learning here is heuristic. Approvals and edits sharpen drafts and ranking — few-shot memory and confidence scores — not a silent retrain of the foundation model. Trust graduation is opt-in per skill. Until you opt in, every customer-facing send still waits on a person. Graduating “park the weekly report” never means auto-pausing an ad.

What is the Events Engine?

NowStack AI runs on one Events Engine spine. Meaningful product beats become typed events — tasks, approvals, workflow fires, alerts — so automation, intelligence, and the Operator share one world. Instrument → learn → draft. The hub is live. Not every growth signal rides it yet. Ads, social, and SEO triggers join in phases as suggested actions, not silent production writes.

What is the weekly report?

One weekly report. The same signals the Operator watches. Channels soft-fail independently. The pack parks for your yes before it leaves the building. Report park is its own skill. Approving the pack never auto-pauses ads.

What is the trial?

How is data isolated?

Each workspace is a separate tenant. Queries run under row-level security so one account cannot read another. Tenant tables stay scoped to the account context; signed sessions are scoped to nowstack.ai. The authenticated product app is noindex. Public marketing pages on nowstack.ai are indexable. We do not claim a named SOC audit.

What NowStack AI is not
